Cucumber Smash

– 1.5 ounces Oliverlane
– 1 cucumber slice cut into quarters
– 1 cucumber slice for garnish
– 1 ounce simple syrup
– cocktail ice cubes
– club soda
*Use Stevia in place of syrup to stay under 200 cals!

In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber quarters and simple syrup or Stevia. Add ice and whiskey. Shake and strain into the drinking glass. Fill the glass with club soda and garnish with cucumber and basil (optional).
